Brilliant Jon, you're addressing pretty much everything i thought the site could use. Although i can use it fine as it is (whilst thinking of the things you've gone over). Can't wait for these changes to come in whenever they might be.

Sounds like you've got it all under control! Will be interesting to watch dailybooth evolve... please keep the black/white/green.. I like it haha :) :)

As you said, its hard to keep track of people commenting on old pix and talking about you, but not to the point where it is annoying. A "replys" tab integrated into the "everything / comments / pictures" section would be good.

The widget is cool also, installed it at work for me to do a quick check :) Keep up the great work.

You're completely right. That's usually where the webcam area would go. (See: http://yesthat.com/g/00746c3a0d7500ee04349960b9...) You'll be pleased to know that we ARE going to be adding the option so people can upload picture replies rather than just limiting it to people with web cams. It's just taking some time -- sorry!

Aw! Now I feel bad for bringing up the swaying. I didn't mean it in a bad way, I was just making a random observation. <3

But I do actually have a little question regarding DailyBooth.

I usually upload my pictures, cos I don't have a webcam, and say I want to leave a picture comment in a thread, is there an upload option for that as well?

because when I click on the picture comment link I just get a blank area (which i assume, would normally be where the webcam image shows up?) with two gray buttons. If I mouse over the buttons, they turn black, but there's no text, and when I click on them nothing happens.

(example in case I'm not making any sense: http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/3943/15951014.png)

I assumed it was cos I don't have a webcam... but I just wanna make sure!
